Adult education currently faces many changes, and change opens the door to many new opportunities for professional development. The AALPD Pre-Conference will address the impact of some of those changes on our work as professional developers, using technology and including the adoption of the Common Core State Standards and preparing for the GED® 2014. Participants will have multiple opportunities to engage with colleagues and explore specific topics highlighting innovative, successful professional development and the use of technology in Professional Development.
